• Fast diagnosis of an existing application: through a very short mission (less than 10 days) strong/ weak points are pinpointed and an action plan is proposed
• Audit of the architecture, which aims at clarifying the detailed conception and the performance mechanisms of an application in order to pinpoint its weaknesses and anticipate its limitations and then to design plans for improvement
